Our Story
Source Wellbeing was born from a quiet yet persistent need - the need for healthcare that
feels human.
Over time, we observed how often people move through the medical system without feeling
truly seen. Conversations are rushed. Symptoms are addressed, but stories are missed. People
are told to “work on their lifestyle,” without being given the space, understanding, or support
to actually do so.
At Source, we want to change this experience.
We are creating as a safe, thoughtful space where individuals can slow down, explore their
health in depth, and begin to understand how their body, mind, environment, and daily life
are speaking to them. A place where care is personal, conversations are unhurried, and health
is approached as something to be understood - not managed in fragments.
At our core, we believe meaningful health changes happen when people feel heard,
supported, and empowered to take an active role in their wellbeing. Source Wellbeing was
built to meet that need - to offer clarity, trust, and a gentler, more intentional way forward.
Here we combine the systems biology based in functional medicine principle, we apply the
movement as medicine, minfullness and natural life rhytmhs as experienced in yoga along
side the revolutionary changes happening in medicine every day to bring you the absolute
best that we can to support and guide you on your wonderful journey to whole health and
wellbeing.
